Plymstock vs. Ivybridge CC - Saturday 9th June 2007
Over at Dean Cross Ivybridge’s second string came unstuck against Plymstock. Ivybridge bowled and fielded well to restrict the home side to 169 for 7. Gareth Stuckey (2 for 28) and Nick Thomas (2 for 28) were the pick of the bowlers, with Tony Mailling picking up three catches.
Plymstock’s bowlers found assistance from the pitch and soon had Ivybridge in trouble at 47 for 6. Nick Thomas (28 not out) and Andy Abraham (21) tried to bring Ivybridge back into it but the damage was already done at Ivybridge were all out for just 97.
